Updates Made to Federal Labor Law Poster

The United States Department of Labor announced updates to the Notification of Employee Rights Under Federal Labor Law poster federal contractors and subcontractors are required to post.  To be compliant, affected employers must use the new poster. 

The changes are technical:

  • A new telephone number for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the agency responsible for enforcing the NLRA (1-844-762-NLRB); and
  • Contact information for the Federal Relay service for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing
