| There is a new poster that must be posted in the workplace: the poster that pertains to Military Family Leave. The poster is available on the U.S. Department of Labor’s website, http://www.dol.gov/esa/whd/fmla/NDAAAmndmnts.pdf. Also, the U.S. Department of Labor has revised its “Equal Opportunity is the Law” poster. Employers should make sure they are displaying the up-to-date poster.
