We are pleased to announce the hiring of Matt Chiota, as Associate Attorney, to join our Team. Matt, a Fairfield County local, graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law in May 2025, where he served as Articles Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Journal. Additionally, Matt served as a teaching assistant for civil procedure, and research assistant on corporate governance. Matt is licensed in both Connecticut and awaiting acceptance to the New York Bar. His background includes both transactional and litigation experience, with prior work in business formation, contracts, corporate governance as well as commercial litigation.
