While our quality is equal to other leaders in our field, our rates are substantially lower. We assign work within our Firm to the most qualified person with the lowest billing rate. We also offer a program that allows our clients to purchase attorney hours in advance at significantly discounted rates. We make use of virtual meetings, electronic communications through email, and other leading technologies to make the delivery of our services more economical.

In today’s businesses diversity is as common as a computer on every desk. The staff at Brody and Associates can help our clients with all of the challenges that come from employing a diverse staff, as we live that same diversity within our Firm. We strive to hire men and women with various backgrounds, religious beliefs and cultures. We embrace the differences this diversity brings to our workplace and know our own experiences help us address issues our client’s encounter in their businesses.

 

Conscientious

Brody and Associates has taken great strides to work conscientiously with the environment in mind. We have cut our paper consumption and disposal dramatically by sending most of our communication electronically. We use email, teleconference and webconference technology almost exclusively to communicate with our clients, vendors and opposing counsel. We even send our invoices electronically and pay our vendors using electronic banking. While all of these efforts contribute to our goal to encourage a paperLESS, environmentally sound, office, they also provide savings in time and money which we pass on to our clients.
