Born in Cairo, Egypt and raised in New Jersey, Sami is fluent in Arabic. He graduated cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Law and Society. While at Ramapo, Sami was inducted into the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society. He was also recognized for successfully tutoring a number of students in propositional logic. Sami obtained his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude in the top 15% of his class. At Quinnipiac, Sami was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and competed in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Sami is licensed to practice law in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.

When he is not in the office or in court, Sami is probably entertaining his three young children with his wife, composing a tune on his ocarina, or studying a passage of Scripture.
